- Ciabatta bread, French stick or Turkish pide
- Leafyridge Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Garlic Salt
Heat oven to 180˚C. Slice bread into 1cm slices. Lay slices on baking tray in a single layer. Liberally drizzle Leafyridge Extra Virgin Olive Oil over top side. Place tray in oven and bake for 8min, remove tray and turn over slices. Sprinkle garlic salt over slices and drizzle Leafyridge Extra Virgin Olive Oil over bread. Place tray in oven and bake on further for 4-5min. Remove and allow to cool. Serve immediately (will also store for a week if kept in a sealed container).
